4/11/12 Version 1.2 of PC-TAS is posted. This is not the official release version supplied by CountingCars.com, it has newer code that hasn’t been tested as thoroughly as the release version. This version adds a Vehicle Count study to the existing turning movement count studies. This is like a count you would do with a road tube counter for get a classification count. This version also has support for the Jamar Ultra count board to use as an input device while viewing the video on the monitor. There are new tutorials on the Tutorials page that discusses these new features.
1/2/12 Version 1.1 of PC-TAS is posted. This version adds support for six different templates for the COUNTpad. This version also adds the option to use a keyboard to enter the data, plus many bug fixes. This is a free update for all registered owners of PC-TAS.
6/10/11 CountingCars.com web site goes live. This site from Mike Spack of Minneapolis is a complete source of traffic counting hardware, software, and supplies, including hardware specifically designed for PC-TAS. Click here for more info.
